The smell of coffee in the morning is enough to perk up your day; but sipping your first cup of coffee is an experience like no other. Coffee has been a breakfast staple in many countries, albeit there are differences in the preparation. While brewed coffee is the common choice, it has taken various forms that depict the culture of other countries. Not many people like the bitter taste of coffee, so they put in sugar and milk to add sweetness and creaminess to the drink. When gourmet coffee shops invaded the coffee scene, they introduced a long list of coffee blends, varieties, and flavors, much to the delight of the coffee drinkers. The price seems to not factor so much, as long as the shops serve quality coffee each time. More and more coffee drinkers are becoming well-informed about the types of coffee because they want quality coffee on the table. Regardless of the coffee type or blend, the one thing that coffee drinkers look for is freshness. Serving stale coffee is considered sacrilegious.
